At Stride, we take pride in delivering high-quality footwear designed for comfort, performance, and style. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
✅ Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the box, tags, inserts, and any accessories.
- A clear unboxing video showing the product from all 360° angles must be submitted. This video should begin from the moment the package is being opened to ensure transparency and prevent misuse.
❗ Returns without an unboxing video or with signs of usage will not be accepted.
💰 Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
🚚 How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@walkwithstride.shop with the following:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for return
- Unboxing video attachment or Google Drive link
- Our team will verify the video and details.
- If approved, we will share return instructions and the return address.
- Once the product is received and passes quality checks, we will initiate your refund.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns under the following conditions:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery
- Items without original packaging or missing components
- Requests without a valid unboxing video
